Job DescriptionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Commercial Category Lead - Sauces & Condiments to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. Reporting into the Head of Commercial Category, you'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders and for a strategic key role with a strong influence both internally and externally in our most relevant category, sauces and condiments, with our beloved brands Heinz and Kraft. The delivery of the Category strategy and execution will be your primary responsibility.
In brief, you will be assigned to lead these main areas of responsibility: Define category Taste Elevation strategy for GDO, HDCategory/brand development and P&L managementProvide a category lens and strategic guidance for the business (both sell-in and sell-out)Manage and define a dual brand strategy for our leading brands Heinz and Kraft, with a strong exposure to Italy and abroad.Plan Go-To-Market on the basis of the key sales fundamentals execution driversEnhance products visibility (on shelf and extra display)Provide an analytical and concise guide for businessAnalyze root causes for category and brand developmentLead internal performance review with senior management and board of directorsDevelop specifics action planEnsure proper execution of plansTrack vs action plan and evaluate learningsSecure and challenge category forecastManage and lead internal reports and routinesManage key internal cross functional stakeholders (Marketing, RGM, Finance, Demand Planning, Sell out..)Manage and lead external relations with sales and customer meetingsDevelop the team to its maximum potential and growthQualifications Hard and Soft Skills Bachelor's or master's Degree8+ years of previous experience in Sales or Category rolesRGM, finance, data analysis and/or consulting backgrounds will be positively assessedProven track record of advanced analytical skills, problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying complex issuesExcellent communication skillsAbility to lead in a challenging environment with international stakeholdersStrong Project Management skillset; ability to demonstrate strong influencing and stakeholder development skillsDeep knowledge of FMCG or Food & Beverage industry will be considered a strong added valueAdvanced technical proficiencies in Office (Excel and PowerPoint)High proficiency in English is mandatoryProven people management skillsProfessional Attributes Communication Skills - you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's relevant you have excellent interpersonal skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.Ability to Simplify - We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast.
