Your new companyOur client is a global leader in sustainable chemistry for water intensive industries, with around 5,000 employees, last annual revenue of around €3 billion and a business developed in 100 countries.
Its customers include especially industrial and municipal water treatment, and pulp & paper industry operators.For our client, we are currently seeking a people-oriented and problem-solving Commercial Back-Office.Your new roleAssist field sales with internal processes and various activities;Cooperate with sales coordinators and product managers in other countries;Draft sales documentation, reports, and correspondence;Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and assist in resolving customer needs;Maintain and use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer master data including pricing and agreements and to track the status of orders and deliveries.What you'll need to succeedHigh school diploma or equivalent;English language proficiency is highly mandatory;Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is needed;Knowledge of Salesforce is needed;Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite;Strong focus on customer satisfaction, analytical skills, and strong judgment and decision-making skills;Creativity and innovation.What you need to do nowDoes this sound up your street?
