**Key responsibilities**
We are looking for a **Commercial Ops Associate **to join our Commercial team based in the Milan office.
The primary role of the Commercial Ops Associate is to support the commercial leadership team on developing and implementing key processes and strategic commercial initiatives.
As part of this role, you will be responsible of the entire GTM in order to drive efficiencies and improve ways of working.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working closely with the Head of Sales and Head of Restaurants, your responsibilities will include:
- **Building new processes**: identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement within commercial operations by proposing, designing and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Ad-hoc analysis and reporting**: supporting the Restaurant team with ad-hoc analyses and efficient reporting structure for commercial and marketing activities.
- **Tools and commercial features**: being the point of contact for the implementation of new commercial features/ tools liaising with HQ and internal stakeholders.
You own the go-to-market strategy and execution.
Provide detailed analysis on new tools and features commercial adoption
- **Special projects**:actively participate in cross-functional projects to support process optimization and strategic initiative implementation
**Key requirements organizational**
- Min 2 year work experience in an analytical environment.
- Good communicator and relationship-builder
- Commercial acumen
- Proficient in MS Office (Looker is a plus).
- Analytical, structured and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
