As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Commercial Analyst EMEA to join our organization.
This is a project assignment and initial contract is for 18 months.
The Commercial Analyst is responsible for reporting & analysis of EMEA commercial and financial data to provide insightful analysis on the regions performance.
It is a key position with regular contact with the regional leadership team and commercial teams.
The position is responsible for co-ordinating commercial and financial reporting requirements with the countries.
Providing detailed reporting on commercial performance across the region.
Strong analytical skills are needed to assess revenue, margin and cost performance.
You will also be working closely with the regional leadership on financial performance reviews and preparation of executive presentations.
Key working relationships include, sales & marketing, country finance, corporate finance, functional leads, EMEA leadership team.
Key roles/responsibilities:
- Strong Commercial support on pricing & profit margin analysis, forecasting, KPI tracking
- Annual Operating Plan and monthly / quarterly forecasting process for the EMEA region
- Providing analytical insights into financial performance for region and countries (revenue, margin, costs)
- Incentive compensation tracking and reporting including accruals and pay-out calculations
- Ensure close business partnering with commercial operations and functional lead
- Supporting key company tools Salesforce, Configure Price Quote tool, MS Power BI, Tableau
- Support the preparation of Quarterly business reviews with global leadership
**Profile**:
Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Analytics and/or recognized qualification.
5+ years in commercial/ finance support roles or other relevant experience.
Proficient in financial modelling and excel.
Fluent in English
Experience working in large geographically dispersed organizations
Location: Milan (preferred), other locations can be considered (Madrid, Galway, Cologne, Prague)
