Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to join our team and support global project initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone eager to develop project management skills and gain experience in website implementation and CMS management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring global projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Support team members by organizing project documentation, tracking deadlines, and updating project status reports using Jira and Confluence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient communication and workflow, with a focus on CMS and website implementation projects.
Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks as they arise to maintain project momentum.
Qualifications: Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
Basic understanding of CMS platforms and previous experience with website implementation or content management is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience or internship in project coordination or related roles is advantageous.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
for project tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
