Your main responsibility will be to meet output, input, delinquency, inventory turns and inventory balance goals.
Daily contact and interface with Customer, Suppliers and Production shop is required.In this role you will coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesDetermine input, output, inventory and turns forecastsRe-define the team roles and responsibilities in a growth environmentBe accountable on supplier performance/on time delivery, lead team to act as main point of contact with suppliers tracking status reports and critical materialLead Fulfillment team to drive Customer reviews, status reports and recovery plansAssure inventory goals are met and drive the result of zero customer disappointmentsEnhance the current processes, through the use of data, such that they are compatible with the principles of Flow Technology and Demand Based ManagementTranslate, prepare and assign meaningful and functional manufacturing productivity plans to meet established master schedules for customersWork to control and drive improvement on inventory levels, cycle time, machine loads, and other aspects as required to meet production schedulesSet strategic direction for planning and scheduling activities within the organizationProvide leadership in using advanced planning tools to model, simulate, and release optimized material plans to the organization and in developing, planning and implementing the master scheduleQualifications/RequirementsEngineering Master's degree from an accredited university or collegeDemonstrated experience in manufacturing and materials management positionProven experience in a managerial roleServant Leadership approachUnderstanding of production and inventory control techniques, i.e.
