As a **Color Styling Technician**,** you will work on new colors development activity for Special Cars and Yachting segments, interacting daily directly with the PPG technical team and customer styling department in order to achieve customized color tonality.
In addition the technician will develop new color trends based on PPG Refinish color science strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new color trends for Premium Special Cars maker and Yachting builders in in order to differentiate the PPG offer in the market.
- Works daily in the PPG color lab to develop new color formulas based on the customer targets and referring to PPG color science strategy.
- Visit weekly the styling customer department to present the PPG colors offer and understand the desired adjustments required from customers.
- Manage the PPG yearly color development plan respecting deadline and achieving customer satisfaction for PPG color styling service.
- Interact continuously with PPG Automotive styling and color laboratory departments to align the PPG Global strategy about pigmentations and color trends.
- The person will be based in PPG Refinish site in Lainate (MI).
- The person will be works in the PPG Refinish Special Segments technical team that works to manage the current active customers and develop new business winning new end users in Special Cars and Yachting segments.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years' of work experience.
- Previous experience in color matching or color development is preferred.
- Languages: Italian, English is an added value.
