**Position Description**:
- The organization unit is responsible for the collection and recovery management of lending products issued to private customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- She/he will be part of the Credit Cards Collection team covering the following activities: _
- Monitor and update of the delinquent accounts, including the repayment plans and settlement agreements _
- Assign the relevant portfolio to the External Collection Agencies (ECAs) and manage the relations with the vendors _
- Analyze the Collection performance _
- Support the customers, the ECAs, the NPL Buyers requests _
- Oversight the collection fees invoicing process _

**Education**:
- Degree in economics, law or data driven sciences _
Preferable experience:
- Knowledge of credit card product _
- Very good written and spoken English _
- Former experience in similar role is a strong plus _
