**THE ROLE**
We are currently looking for a Collection Merchandiser who will report to the Senior Collection Merchandising Manager
You will support the definition of Off-White collection merchandising strategy for the Shoes category.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the Senior Collection Merchandising Manager in the definition of the collection plan at a WW level, based on the needs of the market, the trends, and the strategic vision of the brand, in strong daily cooperation with Design and Product teams.
- Support in the drafting of the Collection Briefs including CO and competition strategy.
- Analyze daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take
- Conduct Competitive analysis including Pricing analysis.
- Support in Pricing and Markdown strategy definition.
- Follow up with production to respect the delivery timings.
- Participation in the organization of the sales campaigns and production of all supporting materials and buying tools (such as: control of product styles codes, update of KPIs, photos and samples, catalogs and advertising, exit lists)
- Organize and coordinate collection notes and buying guides.
- Development of post sales campaign reports (such as: sell in by region/country and worldwide - by line, function, best sellers, etc.
).
WHO YOU ARE
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Strong Shoes Product knowledge (Sneakers Product Knowledge is a plus)
- Educational background preferably in business management or similar
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ambition to exceed corporate goals and go the extra mile in the daily work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in supporting the team in many different activities with a positive and proactive attitude
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
