We are now recruiting for a COE Planning Lead to join us in Crespellano, Bologna!
In this position you will
- In this role you will play a key role in defining and driving planning process and system improvements globally, providing a valuable day-to-day support to planning stakeholders worldwide.
Using your domain expertise, you will invent and develop solutions to common and emerging planning challenges, while ensuring those solutions are captured and working standards (SOPs) continuously maintained. This role will directly contribute to PMI's supply chain operations and transformation!
Your 'day to day'
- Development and implementation of key Centre of Excellence (COE) governance processes to establish working standards, compliance metrics and standards change processes. Achieved through close collaboration with partners in the planning function, ensuring full acceptance and implementation.
- Analyse processes in assigned planning area(s) (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Scheduling, MRP) involving all relevant partners (e.g., manufacturing, procurement etc.) to identify gaps and opportunities, develop, and implement improvement solutions.
- Develop training material and maintain adequate knowledge library, provide vital trainings to partners on processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure right capabilities are in place across SC Planning teams.
- Lead or support assigned projects for new methods, processes, and digital tools, ensuring alignment to timeline, budget with required results quality.
We're looking for someone with
- College or University Degree (or equivalent) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of confirmed experience working within FMCG/CPG supply chain positions.
- Operational expertise gained in hands-on roles within Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Validated project/program management skills, experience in running projects of medium/high complexity.
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain systems and tools.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain end-to-end processes.
- Language: English - Proficient.
