Coating and Painting Inspector ensures that the relevant internal and external activities and processes are accurately set and in compliance with the requirements.
This role is key to the development and continuous improvement of the relevant processes, will support the suppliers scouting and development, and coordinate the Front End related activities.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supervise inspection activities, processes and relevant suppliers
Manage customer and internal non-conformities tracking and handling the process across the site
Develop policies and procedures on Painting technologies based on main international standards
Supervise requested clients witness tests (second party)
Support customer/project specification providing technical solutions and related costs
Collaborate with Supply Management, Product Management, Engineering and Operations to support and lead Coating/Painting Quality improvements in supplier performance and development
Train and qualify Coating and Painting personnel
Manage Coating Procedure Test Report.
Promote continuos improvement on production processes and inspection activitie, and relevant documentation
Support Quality Assurance activities, e.g. internal, third party and suppliers audit.
Drive continuos improvement and Quality culture across the organization

For This Role, You Will Need:
NACE 2/3 and FROSIO 2/3 certified coating inspector.
5+ years experience in Coating/Painting activities within a Mechanical manufacturing Company preferably in Oil&Gas/Petrochemical sector.
Proven experience in corrosion engineering or a related role, i.e. paint inspection & monitoring.
Familiarity with industry standards, i.e. ISO12944, ISO 8501.
Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodology.
Experience in Production Quality Control.
Be able to use technical proficiencies to validate cost accounting.
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite in particular Excel.
Proficient in English.
Availability for occasional trips abroad (for auditing or product support activities).

SAP solid understanding is appreciated
Lead Auditor certification is appreciated
Knowledge of ATEX and PED directives is appreciated
