ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for young, motivated, curious and enterprising talents to join us at our Barberini Plant in Pescara, dedicated to the development and production of crystal sun lenses.As Coating Industrialization Engineer, you will be part of the Industrialization team of our Sun Lenses Business Unit.
Mission of the role will be to develop and validate processes for new products or for new declinations of existing products.Firstly, you will be responsible for new products and processes delivery to manufacturing on time for production.Following inputs from program management team and prototyping team for new declinations or new products and following inputs from R&D team for new processes, you will be able to build a solid and stable process flow to obtain products in compliance with our internal qualitative standards.
You will lead process improvements where machines and process modifications are required.Later, you will oversee processes, problem-solving, and improvement projects to support the Manufacturing Engineering team and manufacturing departments.The role will be focused on Thin Film Coating processes PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Each and every one of us lives, breathes, and shapes the success of the company.
