Key Responsibilities: Oversee all coating processes, equipment, machinery, and production: Ensure the smooth operation of coating processes and equipment, and supervise production activities. Understand product characteristics: Familiarize yourself with and understand the various characteristics and requirements of the products. Familiarity with 16949 standards: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards to maintain product quality and adherence to regulations. Operate SAP and MES systems: Manage and operate SAP and MES systems for efficient production management. Requirements: Proficiency in coating-related software.
