We are seeking for you, our new Coating Advisor for Hempel.
You will enhance customer value by providing technical solutions for coatings and corrosion protection.
Your enthusiasm for offering advice and training throughout the coating process will complement our best-in-class products, instilling confidence in end users.
You will have the outstanding opportunity to report directly to our Service Operations Manager, be based in Naples, Italy and liaise with other colleagues from all over the world.
What you can look forward to in this role: Provide technical assistance to customers in order to solve technical issues.
Provide service to customers as required and as agreed regarding surface treatment and paint application.
Observe the rules of Hempel specifications.
Observe the rules of Hempel quality.
Work according to Hempel Coating Advisor's Safety Handbook.
Key task Provide pre-sales and /or post-sales technical support to customers, including testing and maintaining products, equipment, and services.
Evaluate and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure on-going customer satisfaction.
Train customers on the features and application of the products they purchase if needed.
Provide support to sales force regarding the technical aspects of the company's products and / or services.
Ensure completion of needed reports.
Follow all guidelines and Group procedures regarding Health & Safety and Environment.
What does it take to become our new team member?
University degree or equivalent in Chemistry/ engineering would be valuable but not essential.
Previous experience as technical service representative would be appreciated.
FROSIO/NACE certification preferably but not required.
Knowledge of the paint sector preferably but not required.
Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing in Italian and English.
Other language would be valuable Shape your future!
