Position Overview: The CNC operator is responsible for inserting instructions into the machine according to the provided technical sheets, loading materials, and setting up tools. This includes inserting the zero point and reference point, starting processing, supervising the process, and making necessary adjustments. After operations are complete, the CNC operator refines the product, eliminates machining waste, ensures dimensions meet project tolerances, performs quality control, and reports any malfunctions to the production manager. The operator also maintains the CNC machines to ensure they operate at full capacity and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities: Load the program into the numerical control machine; Prepare the initial settings of the machine tool (parameters, placement, and zeroing); Load the processing material; Supervise the work carried out by the machinery; Intervene in case of malfunctions, breakdowns, or incorrect processing; Refine the processed product and perform quality control; Keep CNC machinery operational with minor maintenance. Requirements: Mechanical and technical skills; Knowledge of the operation of CNC machines; Ability to set up computerized numerical control machine tools; Competence in reading technical drawings and diagrams; Knowledge of the main measuring instruments; Methodical approach and attention to detail; Problem-solving skills; Analytical skills.
