For DuoMilan Porta Nuova and Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort, Tribute Portfolio andAutograph Collection – Marriott Properties, we are looking for a profile ofCluster Revenue Manager who will report directly to Director of RevenueStrategy. The primary purpose of this position is to monitor group andtransient business thresholds within the forecast to ensure measurableimprovements for demand and availability.

Supplycritical analysis on the effect of short range decisions effecting occupancy,average rate and rooms profit goals. Analysis of city events and activities andto project the effect of opportunities they create.Monitor competitive analysis. It's achallenging position within the commercial team. This revenue manager will beresponsible for managing 2 hotels directly.

MANDATORYREQUIREMENTS

Ø A minimumof 2 years in a revenue management role.

Ø PreferredExperience, not compulsory:

oExperience in an international hotel chain or hotel group.

Ø Operationknowledge of any of the following systems:

o Opera,Marsha, One Yield and HPP.

Ø AdvancedExcel and strong numeracy and analytical skills.

ØHigh-level presentation skills via PowerPoint or other tools.

Ø Native orfluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Ø Must beEU Citizen or in possession of Italian work visa.

OBJECTIVEOF THIS ROLE

The Cluster Revenue Manager will work with the Group Director of RevenueStrategy & Distribution to coordinate and implement all revenue strategiesmainly related to Duo Milan Porta Nuova, Tribute Portfolio, and Grotta GiustiThermal Spa Resort, Autograph Collection.

He/She works closely with the sales and marketing teams as well as theoperations teams in each hotel.

Responsible for delivering all aspects of pricing, demand analysis,yield management, business mix optimisation, selling strategies, distributionand intermediary strategy and tactics to maximise revenue growth, profitcontribution and market share, working closely with the on-propertyreservations and C&E team.

He/She reports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution

COREJOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Ø Overseerevenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and coordinate day today yield operations.

Ø Ensureall related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to fullcapacity

Ø Dailypick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.

ØExperience leading daily and weekly commercial meetings on forward lookingissues such as booking pace, performance analysis and put in place actionplans.

Ø Performcompetitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.

Ø Createand develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of eachhotel.

Ø Overseestrategy for the two Marriott Hotels.

ØResponsible for assessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies.

Ø Analyseoverall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report withrecommendations to improve long term strategies.

Ø Ensureweb site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.

Ø Regularlycheck the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).

Ø Evaluateperformance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, tour operator,corporate, consortia, groups, etc).

Ø Prepareoutline for and support the annual revenue budget process.

Ø Any otherreasonable requests made by management.
