We are currently seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team in Milan.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the implementation and continuous optimization of all revenue management processes of the hotels;Create, present and implement a revenue and online sales strategy;Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines as per company standards;Generates and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, ppt, etc.
;Monitor and adjust the strategy on a regular basis;Monitors and analyses room's inventory utilizing Revenue Management systems and structure and proposes actions in order to optimize revenues;Monitors competitive environment including pricing and strategies of competition as well as external variables such as city pressure and special events;Conducts sales strategy analysis and refines as appropriate to increase market share for all properties;Analyses period and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals;Ensures that all promotions / packages are properly loaded in all applicable systems;Ensures that rate parity is maintained across all distribution channels thus allowing maximum flexibility to capture all market buying patterns;Identification of opportunities for incremental revenue through analysis of different market segments and distribution channels;Troubleshoot, support and correct connectivity issues;Contact for the hotels around all concerns of online distribution;Maximizes the usage of up selling and assist in up selling techniques;Checks distribution channels for hotel positioning, information accuracy and competitor positioning;Be a distribution system expert using connectivity tools: different channel managers, booking engine, GDS and all custom connectivity systems;Create and maintain revenue management and distribution documentation such as training manuals, 'how to' documents, and checklists;Maintains efficiently all revenue management related 3rd party systems and extranets;OTHER ELEMENTS DESIRED:Previous experience as a revenue manager;A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with a mathematical background;Reliability, goal-oriented, organizational skills, being a self-starter and autonomous;Enjoy working in a small team and independently;Experience in London market is a plus;Knowledge of Scrigno PMS and Duetto RMS is a plus.Role: Cluster Revenue Manager - Baglioni Hotels & Resorts Head officeJob Type: Permanent ,Full TimeLocation: Milan,Apply for this job now.
