BREAK THE ICE! Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
Position We are looking for Cluster Protocol Coordinator. The resource will be responsible for activities such as:
Coordinate protocol activities in the cluster. Implement protocol elements according to the IOC/IPC Protocol Manuals at the competition and non-competition venues. Plan and coordinate the management of the OF/PF stands at the competition venues in the cluster. Coordinate the management of the OF/PF lounges in the cluster. Liaise with all relevant FA and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and an appropriate level of service in the venues. Draft documents required by the function. Requirements Bachelor's degree (Master's degree is a plus). At least 2 years of work experience. English Level C2 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in Olympic/Paralympic and/or international events stakeholder services and protocol management. Able in people & services management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management.
