Club Manager

Job description The 7Pines Resort Sardinia is looking for a Club ManagerMain tasks:Supervise and manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet;Train and develop staff;Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high quality service;Schedule and organise staff to maintain a smooth workflow;Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed;Control the outlet's cash receipts;Maintain and ensure compliance with all company standards;Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the outlet;Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase revenue;Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;Handle customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely manner;Monitors and ensures smooth operation of service areas and customer satisfaction;Communicates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met;Ensures that cash and non-cash handling is done properly;He/she also deals with customer complaints and listens to their feedback in order to improve the services offered;He/she organises appointments and meetings for the staff, changes the menu and other issues related to their work;He/she is responsible for the company's performance and sales and ensures the achievement of company profits and targets;Conducts monthly supply inventories and maintains an optimal stock level to meet customer demand.
Avoids excesses and identifies waste to achieve optimal profit without compromising company performance.
Requirements Requirements: at least 2 years' experience in the role;excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
