Club and Event Manager at House of Nine (House of Nine s.r.l.)

Responsibilities:

Coordination of events at House of Nine Members Club working under the Head of F&B and Senior Manager of the Hotel.

Sales of external events in the club (business parties, conferences, birthdays, pre-wedding).

Production of all events for members and non-members, including coordination of the parties involved during the organization stage, and presence when required at the events.

Promotion and coordination of Daisy's Dining weekly dinner shows, monthly members events, and other activities in the club.

Coordination of promotion and sales of Nine Clinic / Nine Vita beauty and wellbeing (non-operational).

Assistance in communication with members of House of Nine.

Promotion of sales of memberships of House of Nine.

Coordination of communication and promotion materials with different departments regarding House of Nine members club and Nine Clinic / Nine Vita beauty and wellbeing.

Requirements:

Experience with events/event planning and/or membership models/hospitality desirable.

Fluent in Italian and English required.

Contract: Full-time
