We deliver value-added distribution, business consulting, and channel enablement services to leading technology manufacturers and their channel partners. What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions? Developing, managing, and creating relationships between the organization and suppliers, customers, and/or vendors. Assisting with the development and execution of strategy and business development initiatives. Ensuring execution to sales growth plans. Driving results through demand identification and creation opportunities. Leading stakeholder management sessions and maintaining open lines of communication. Collaborating with the sales team to understand business trends and forecasts. Providing market intelligence and managing market-specific sales strategies. Working closely with the marketing team to manage releases, promotions, and advertising. Monitoring the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs. Ensuring sales and technical teams are enabled with the go-to-market strategy. This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow. More about the function: The CloudHealth Global Strategic Program Manager is recognized as an expert in their area within the organization and requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Responsibilities include interpreting internal or external business issues, recommending solutions/best practices, solving complex problems, and leading functional teams or projects. What are we looking for? 12 years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry. Fluency in English. Effective communication with people at all levels. Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships. Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach. What is in it for you?
