Title: Cloud Systems Administrator Location: Alexandria, VA HYBRID Clearance: TS(SCI Eligible) Overview: Rackner is working with the Army Military Intelligence (MI) program to support the overall strategy and migration to evaluate and potentially re-invent how Army MI delivers IT services and the use of Intelligence data and analytics to meet mission requirements
Position Overview/Responsibilities: The Cloud Systems Administrator will be responsible for fulfilling Tier 1-3 Tenant requests to include monitoring operational environments, provisioning Tenant VPCs, configuring roles, addressing tenant access requests, and escalating service requests as required.
Experience/Qualifications: 3+ years supporting operations and maintenance for secure information management systems, including monitoring network
availability and performing necessary maintenance to support network availability and network security measures 1+ year experience with scripting languages including Bash, Ansible, or YAML 3+ years experience with Linux Operating Systems and command-line interfaces 1+ year experience with Amazon Web Services, containers 1+ year experience with the Windows Operating System and Active Directory Ability to work shifts (3pm-11pm), including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary DoD IAT Level II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+) Who We Are: Rackner is a software consultancy that builds cloud-native solutions for startups, enterprises, and the public sector.
