**Purpose of the role.
**
Our team is looking for a **Partnership Program Manager to work with a cross-functional team alongside one of Italy's main telco companies.
** The goal of the Partnership Program Manager will be to support the execution of the partnership across 2-3 sub-streams, in collaboration with the partner management team and the partner itself.
**Daily activities might include management of programs such as**: investment allocation and tracking, contractual enablement in collaboration with legal POCs, overdue payments resolution, coordination of partner training and certification initiatives, performance reporting across KPIs, miscellaneous partnership issue resolution, stakeholder management.
**Responsibilities.
**
- Forge trusted professional relationships with the partner management team members and the telco partner stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Collections, Partner training & Certification, Partner Management, Marketing, and other functional teams (e.g.
Sales, Sales Engineering) involved in the partnership, connecting the dots and enabling faster decision making and execution.
- Support governance processes and executive reviews with data and insights.
- Manage a workstream end to end (e.g.
investment budget allocation and tracking, contractual expansion of the partnership, reduction of overdue payments, partner's individual upskilling and company certification within Google Cloud's partner program).
- Support reporting on business performance against a predefined set of KPIs.
**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualifications.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to speak and write in Italian and English fluently
- Experience in program/project management or operations, including managing multiple workstreams at the same time
- Experience working in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Master's degree or other advanced degree
- Solid collaboration, influencing, relationships & credibility-building skills.
- Ability to do so with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working with partnerships
- Experience within the technology industry
- Knowledge of the Italian telco ecosystem
- Knowledge of Google Cloud solutions
- Experience in data analysis and data presentation skills
