Retelitis the Italian leader in constructing tailor-made digital transformation projects, executed on entirely Group-managed platforms.In our 20 years we have been the ideal partner for enterprises, the public sector and operators seeking to tackle head-on the challenges of innovation, thanks to a range which covers the entire value chain of ICT telco and digitalisation services.ForPA Expertise, a Retelit Group company specializing in the implementation of Microsoft-based platforms and solutions, we are looking for aCloud Infrastructure Technical Product Owner to join our Team in the governance of a large multinational project, an end-to-end custom solution developed for a global player based in Brussels.As aCloud Infrastructure Technical Product Owner, you will work in an agile environment continuously reviewing business needs, sharpening priorities, outlining goals and outcomes, and identifying opportunities and risks in order to develop, own and execute the product roadmap; in particular:Work closely with ChiefProduct Owner, Chief Cloud Architect and Chief Software Architect on thelong-term vision of the cloud infrastructure, inspire the team to achievethe vision; Briefingof the Platform Dev/Opsteam on various activities on the backlogand agree on the content of sprints and deliverable; Responsible for theoperational and non-functional deliverable; Responsiblefor resolving the cause of incidents, 7x24 when necessary, by theDev/Opsteam by workarounds and in permanent solutions; Responsiblefor system compliancy regarding the data privacy requirements, informationsecurity requirements, audit compliance, control requirements and with thelicense requirements; As a teamleader, represent the team in front of stakeholders, clients, or users andhelp the team to elevate the engineering level; Maintain the team backlog, prioritizing and defining requirementswhile keeping a strong focus on security, reliability and scalability ofthe services, but also have an eye on the costs; Use data to make informed decisions about what the team should workon next and analyze the results; Is accountable for process implementation regarding: incidentand configuration management, continuous Integration and continuous development, health and performancemonitoring, capacity management, resiliency for our clouddeployed infrastructure; Accountable for thesecurity of the solutions, working with internaland external experts; Work closely with data architects, software developers and the widerteam to support and continuously enhance our product offering,particularly through enablement of the benefits of cloud-basedinfrastructure and services; Industrialize testing and deployment process; Build and maintain technical documentation on configuration andprocesses; For this role, we are looking for someone who has:Knowledge and experience as a Microsoft Architectures System Engineer (Ms Azure,cloud architecture, networking and security); Experience with Enterprise Architecture Design; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate up through senior leadership and comfortable dealing with all stakeholders; Understand businesspriorities and how IT supports them; Strong knowledge onCI/CD, HA, DR and other infrastructure/development practices; Team player with a bottom-up ideation process; Ability to see the big picture, without losing sight of the details; Analytical orientation and strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by the ability to structure issues and analyze alternative solutions; Able to understand and formulate meaningful metrics; Experience working with distributed teams; Fluent Italian andEnglish; NICE TO HAVE:Previous hands-on experience as System and/or DevOps Engineer or equivalent technical role; Successful and demonstrable experience of working as a platform/solutions architect in a cloud computing environment; Excellent feel for exceptional user experiences and design Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, ARM, Python); Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager with software products highly appreciated; Strong knowledge ofsoftware development lifecycle and experience in Agile methodologies; This position will ideally be based in our branch inPerugia ; our " smartworking-oriented " model anyhow will allow you to manage your work with the greatest possible flexibility based on project needs, and you will be measured on the results you achieve.WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN PEOPLE :Passion.
