This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".The Impact You'll Make in this Role:As a Clinical Specialist for the Orthodontic Business, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here you will make an impact by:Training clinicians on 3M products for evaluations or conversionsSupporting product evaluations/trials/demos with follow-up calls, troubleshooting, data analysisParticipating in joint calls with Sales Representatives and providing clinical and technical information that supports/enhances sales presentationInteracting with Key Opinion Leaders (Health Care Professionals) and developing educational programs in direct collaboration with the EMEA Scientific Affairs teamInteracting with Dental Universities (according to ethics and compliance standards) to support product knowledgeProviding continuing education on products and related topics that support 3M business objectivesAttending sales and/or marketing meetings and conference callsParticipating and supporting in customer events (congress, workshop, etc.
)Providing consultation to 3M products and related applications/issuesUtilizing Evidence-Based approach (scientific studies, Health Economics, etc.
)Supporting Bid Office team assessing the best documentation for tendersProactive cooperation with marketing teamDaily use of CRM including reporting of activitiesYour Skills and Expertise:To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:University education (Bachelor or Master degree) is preferableDental training (University or Dental Technician) background is highly desiredPrior experience in sales / clinical roles is highly desiredExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular) and Salesforce.ComDigital savvy to be able to work with orthodontic digital systemsFluency in English and at least communicative level of ItalianAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and listening skillsSales driven, perseverance and results orientedPlanning and prioritization capabilitiesAbility to build and maintain good relationship with Key Opinion LeadersCustomer-focus and proactive approachAbility to work and deliver results under pressureCapability to work with high ability to self-motivateAbility to work well within a teamEthical approachLocation: This is a remote & field-based position covering Italy.Travel: May include up to 60-70% (mainly domestic/international occasionally).Supporting Your Well-being:3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
