About this opportunity This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers.
The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists and general dentists, and treatment coordinators related to case specific issues, ClinCheck quality and troubleshooting.
Focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers.
In addition, other duties will include support with graphics and presentation materials for sales and clinical education materials as well as day to day needs of University and research programs.
The role also requires being comfortable when speaking in public, during internal or external training events.
Travel:
up to 75% of the work hours.
In addition you need to be prepared to frequently travel to our Amsterdam office for training (especially in the first 3-6 months of your employment).
Language skills:
Native or very fluent in Italian.
In this role, you willEssential duties and responsibilities, in the area of:
Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction and case refinement, primarily for Scandinavian region, Benelux and English speaking doctors.
Provide training and education to the customers in any format including live presentations, online presentations and one-to-one visits to customers' Liaison with ClinCheck technicians with regards to ClinCheck quality issues Investigation and Analysis of Clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
Assist with review of power point presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials.
Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company's database(s) about each contact they handle following defined parameters.
Ensure timelyresolution to customer contact issue whether in-bound or out-bound.
Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers.
Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learning's with departmental peers and management.
Support key relationships with third-parties such as, universities, DSOs, and others.
Participate in any other clinical or sales meeting, as needed.

In this role, you'll needEducation and/or experience:
College graduate (BA/BS) in dentistry, or related.
Three to four years' experience in customer relations or sales in medical / dental related areas Skills required:
Language skills:
Native or very fluent in any of the following languages:
Danish, Norwegian and/or Swedish.
Very fluent in spoken English (spoken, written, reading).
Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
