The Clinical & Robotics Specialist executes successful programs for the ROSA system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA on the clinical level.
The specialist also plays a critical role in building the utilization of the ROSA system and in promoting all the ZBEdge environment.
How You'll Create Impact Subject matter expert for the ROSA robotic system as well as procedure expert in multidisciplinary fields such as Neurosurgery and Orthopedic procedures.
Provide initial clinical support and facilitate the on-boarding of the hospital team for the switch from conventional to robotic-assisted procedures using the ROSA system.
Support ROSA robotics promotional and educational activities in Italy & Greece, including on-site support at educational congresses, the zbilab facility, and other local and country cluster promotional and educational activities.
Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, OR staff, sterilization, and radiology on the ROSA robotic system.
Together with the Sales team, develop a hospital-specific multi-disciplinary plan to successfully complete the on-boarding episode, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures, and develop follow-up sales opportunities.
On-board the local Sales Rep to take over the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, and follow up the account post-implementation day.
In partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develop and support the implementation of patient information to raise awareness for robotic-assisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity.
Connect with both the ZB Edge and the local Sales team to drive excitement for robotic-assisted surgery and achieve business goals.
Support advanced technology upgrades.
Educate teams and further enhance ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologies.
What Makes You Stand Out Education Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
Professional Experience Clinical sales experience or stages in a medical company.
Special Expertise Prior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferred.
Minimum clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience.
Languages Local language.
English.
Personal Skills Requirements Ability to apply Project Management skills in advancing ROSA account development.
Ability to determine one's own schedule based on business needs.
Travel Expectations In 70% of the time.
