AL Solutions is currently searching for a motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their top 5 CRO clients team in Milan, Italy.
As a CRA, you will play a crucial role in the execution and management of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulations, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits - Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements - Perform source data verification and data collection - Maintain study documentation and ensure accurate data submission - Contribute to site training and adherence to study procedures - Collaborate with study sites, investigators, and cross-functional teams Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate - Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Fluency in English and Italian Benefits - Excellent salary and benefits package - Career development opportunities - Flexibility with office-based or home-based role - Encourages work-life balance Whatever your career goals, my client is here to ensure you get there!
