Clinical Lab Services Associate (Maternity Cover) (REF_0224_BIO_LabServ) CONTEXT The core activity of the Clinical Lab is providing Circulating Tumor Cells (CTC) enumeration for clinical trials sponsored by biopharma companies.
As a Clinical Lab Service Associate, the person will mainly have to analyze blood samples collected from cancer patients all over Europe.
He/she will report to the Clinical Lab Lead.
He/she will be involved in internal and external audits of the lab as well, actively participating in the management of an ISO15189 Accredited lab also from an administrative perspective.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Accession the incoming samples, processing, analyzing, and reporting high complexity tests, including CTC, CEC, CMC, and CMMC.Manage blood testing in compliance with good clinical laboratory practices and Good Clinical Practice, proper documentation, ordering and inspections of reagents, and monthly review of laboratory equipment maintenance.Write and review SOPs, participating in process improvement projects, assay transfers, assay implementation, customer complaint and inquiry handling, and assay and instrument qualification procedures.
