**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Solutioning Role drives the development of the SAP technical solution, in translating the business needs into technical requirements.
Identifies gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the cloud technical solution.
They provide the appropriate guidance to mitigate those identified risks.
- Ensure the designed Solution will support the Contracted Service Level Commitments for the individual Client mitigating any exposure to Kyndryl trough the Design process.
- They work in partnership with Engagement Leaders, Sales Team and Peers in other Solution Area for Larger Engagements to build a Broader set of Client service to meet Client Needs
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Client facing skills; consultative selling and solutioning skills.
- Experienced in Solution with Delivery & Client (ex.
HANA scale-out), SAP, Oracle.
- Basic technical understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM Cloud) is preferred
- Knowledge and experience of solutioning or related process
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- SAP certification for Architect role
- Consolidated Architectural Design background and experience
- Experience in customer facing interaction with architecture and technical teams.
- Basic IT Service Management concepts and principles
