It is adding an Analyst to its client services team based in Milan.
You will work directly with relationship managers to support and strengthen relationships with existing EMEA-based institutional investors.
What the job involves
The firm is looking for someone who is proactive and enthusiastic with experience in the financial services industry.
This person must also possess strong analytical, writing and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to operate in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Work directly with Relationship Managers and other Client Solutions members on various client inquiries, pipeline calls, presentations, and portfolio development tasks.
Maintain a working knowledge of assigned client portfolios and the investments within the portfolios.
Extract information from General Partners to prepare regular portfolio performance analyses and activity updates.
Assist in the review of quarterly reports for clients.
Assist in client portfolio development including running pacing models,responding to allocation decisions, and preparing strategic plans.
Respond to ad-hoc client questions and special requests.
Learn and maintain a working knowledge of the relevant technology tools to aggregate and present information needed for client deliverables.
Prepare for and engage in regular dialogue with other departments internally to aggregate information needed to help prepare client deliverables.
Assist with other duties and special projects (including business development requests) as needed
Who we are looking for
Analyst-level work experience in the financial services industry within a client-focused role.
Private equity experience is not a requirement but is a plus.
University degree.
Capacity to learn, absorb and analyse information quickly.
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
Fluency in English required; fluent in Italian is a plus.
