As the Client Services Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and strengthening our client relationships, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and contributing to the overall revenue generation of the company. You will be the go-to expert for delivering high-quality service and fostering collaboration across internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
We are looking for a driven professional who combines hands-on experience in campaign management or ad operations with a passion for the ever-evolving digital media landscape. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing processes, enhancing client satisfaction, and supporting our journey toward sustainable growth and excellence in service delivery.
Your Role:Drive the Client Services Team's success by managing and nurturing client relationships to foster growth and retention.You will work with blue chip advertisers and agencies from various industries.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns/projects, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Pre-Sales, Sales, Ad Solutions, Product, Data, Newsroom, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.Maintain and enhance the usage of internal tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Ad Manager) for process efficiency and campaign success.Your Profile:Experience or knowledge in media advertising, account management, ad operations, or the start-up ecosystem.Hands-on experience in campaign management or ad operations, with an understanding of ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager), is a significant advantage.A keen interest in the digital and mobile media landscape, paired with a tech-savvy mindset.A proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach to challenges.A passionate team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Italian and English (proficiency in additional languages, especially Spanish, is a plus).
