Client Service Support: Microsoft Emea Digital Merchandiser & Consultant

The resource will join an international team dedicated to Microsoft, with a fixed-term contract of 1 year, having as main objective the growth of the visibility of the products sold, thanks to dedicated marketing consulting and training tasks, with specific focus on a selection of territorial areas (defined during the onboarding of the role). The main language used will be English, to be followed by a second language selected on the basis of skills discussed with the role during the selection moment. 
The figure will be fully autonomous on the agreed panel of clients, having opportunities to develop marketing knowledge and interpersonal skills with clients to the fullest. Continuous discussion with the agency will then be essential, allowing the role to get in touch with internal company dynamics as well.
Specifically, the role will be responsible for: Analysis of a panel of partners websites with proposed solutions to improve product visibility Strategic consulting to partners in panels with proposed solutions and implementation support Strategic consulting to partners in panels on how to improve offline product visibility Support in creating reports using PowerPoint and Excel Coaching partners on how to improve at best products visibility & use marketing assets Requirements: Advanced Level of English (C1) Professional Polish (Advanced B2 - C1) Strong communication skills & public speaking Bachelor's degree in human sciences/marketing Good knowledge of Office suite Problem solving & Flexibility Knowledge of other languages as a plus ?
