Data Management: Maintain and update client databases and inquiry status in the CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making. Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the sales team, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency. Manage documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Interior Design , or a related field. Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speakers. At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of relevant working experience in client relationship management. Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building genuine relationships. A proven track record in account management, customer service , or a related role. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, particularly in face-to-face interactions . Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
