Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Client Marketing Planner to our Wellbeing Engagementteam in Milan!We're looking for a talented Client Marketing Planner to work with our Europe Wellbeing Engagement team in Milan.
Reporting to the Europe Wellbeing Engagement Team Lead, you'll be a key player in promoting a culture of well-being and driving engagement with our clients.This is a position inside the Global Revenue team; you'll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Implementation teams to create and manage well-being programs for our Italian mid-market clients, ensuring they get the most out of Wellhub's solutions.
YOUR IMPACT Wellbeing plan for clients: Collaborate with Customer Success Reps to develop and implement effective employee engagement plans (EEPs) for our clients, track continued client performance, and identify opportunities for additional engagement with our clients' employees (for example: planning a nutrition event for a wellbeing week for selected clients).
Foster strong internal and external communication, ensuring seamless execution of EEPs and attending client meetings to discuss monthly/quarterly progress.
Create engaging content for EEPs, manage project tasks, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Onboard new clients: Support seamless client onboarding and launch processes, including attending key meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams Coordinate and adapt launch materials, ensuring effective communication and brand consistency across all HR channels.
Moreover, the job offers the following responsibilities: Strategic Projects and Scalable Solutions: collaborating with your counterparts in European and Global markets, contributing to projects that enhance the MM Planning team's capabilities in Europe team and the global ones Budget Ownership: Own and manage the MM budget, including distribution, planning, and optimization.
Creativity & Innovation: Constantly evolving our local and regional strategy, wellbeing plans, and client initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE Passion for Wellbeing: A genuine enthusiasm for the well-being industry and a desire to make a positive impact.Strategic Thinker: Capable of developing and implementing scalable well-being strategies, supported by data-driven insights and compelling presentationsInfluencer and Collaborator: Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive the adoption of Wellhub's solutions.Customer-Centric: Possesses a deep understanding of customer personas and their needs, with experience in a client-facing role to tailor communication and engagement strategies.Data-driven: Results-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to track progress and optimize strategies.Project Management Skills: Skilled at managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, agile, and high-growth environment.Adaptable and Resilient: Thrives in a dynamic environment and can navigate challenges with a positive attitude and solution-oriented approachProject Management Tools: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.Language Skills: Essential: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, as well as native fluency in Italian.
Desirable: Fluency in Spanish and/or German is a strong plus.Preferable if this person lives in Milan or can easily work from the office 2 times a week.
