Your Opportunity: Our Client Journey Associate Manager is the voice of our customers inside Versace and helps us, using our data and insights, to improve our retention and acquisition of customers. This role is part of a creative marketing team. Your Contribution: Executes & manages our Customer Relationship Management plan including: email marketing, audience targeting, and customer journey planning & updates. Omni-channel customer journey design and development: translates business objectives into tactical customer journeys. Omnichannel customer journey orchestration: manages the building of customer journeys at platform level in partnership with data scientists and IT teams (design, develop, test, and deploy). Maintains the existing library of customer journeys and updates based on insights. Customer acquisition: in partnership with Customer Insights executive, identify right audiences and plan budget accordingly. Support managing the budget of our CRM, retention, and acquisition initiatives (excluding Clienteling). Customer retention: analyze customer retention data and devise ways to re-engage lapsed customers and engage loyal and new customers with the goal of driving repeat purchase across all channels. Your Skills: Significant experience of CRM, retention, website optimization, and/or UX within an E-commerce and Direct to Consumer environment. Experience with Emarsys or Salesforce will be a plus. Deep expertise in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics, Power BI). Customer Journey Mapping knowledge. Advanced skills in developing insights from data and building executional plans to act on insights. Experience of managing external supplier relationships.
