We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Client Events Manager to join our Clienteling Team, in our Global HQ in Milan, Italy. Your Impact: The Client Events Manager leads global client events and gifting strategies to enhance engagement and elevate the brand experience, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction. Activities: Client Events Management End-to-end management of the organization of WW client events and exceptional experiences, both in-store and off-site. Overseeing the coordination and supervision of regional client events, ensuring alignment with shared guidelines and standards. Manage the global event calendar, ensuring alignment with regional priorities. Monitor and analyze event performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to key internal stakeholders. Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with event suppliers and external partners. Manage and optimize the global budget for client events, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiency. Clienteling Propose, create and execute exceptional client experiences initiatives to retain, upgrade, and delight VIP clients. Contribute to the development of partnerships with hotels and exclusive venues to enhance client experiences. Gifting Activities Define the clienteling objectives and KPIs to be achieved through gifting activities. Develop and manage the global gifting portfolio with internal stakeholders. Oversee the creation of gifting guidelines and track performance against assigned KPIs. Who We Are Looking For - Main Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or related field. 8-10 years' working experience preferable in events management. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships with external partners and internal teams. Demonstrate a deep understanding and expertise in hospitality, delivering exceptional client experiences through personalized and attentive service.
