Role Mission:Act as the primary manager for designated customer accounts.
The success and satisfaction of the client are the primary objectives of the RGI Cluster Director, alongside achieving the account's financial goals related to revenue and profitability of the services provided.Main Responsibilities:Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for project updates, resource allocation, and issue resolution.Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring continuous alignment with their needs and project goals.Account Financial Planning: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and deployed team capacity managementCollaboration Management: Promote, organize, manage, and monitor collaboration among various organizational units (e.g., Presales, Sales, R&D, Operations, etc.)
involved in solution shaping and contract/project management processesProject Management: Manage application transformation projects and/or application maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction through successful project outcomes and internal financial results, including revenue and profitabilitySolution Design: Design and implement solutions that align with the client's needs and the architecture of RGI's application and technological platformInteroperability Assurance: Ensure seamless interoperability between internal teams and third-party system integrators, focusing on SLA compliance and productivityRequirements Assessment: Assess project requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify the necessary skill sets for successful project implementationCapacity Planning: Develop and maintain a capacity plan to ensure alignment with forecasted project timelines and client expectationsSkills Sizing and Planning: Define the sizing and planning of skills necessary for the implementation of upcoming projects included in the forecastTalent Development: Coordinate with HR and training departments to recruit and develop talent that meets project demandsCustomer Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding capacity planning and resource allocationCommunication Facilitation: Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on project requirements and timelinesResource Monitoring: Monitor resource utilization and adjust capacity plans as needed to address changing project dynamicsStrategic Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations to senior management on capacity planning, resource allocation, and process improvementsContinuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of capacity planning and project executionHard Skills:Proficient in financial planning and monitoring, including capacity planningKnowledge of Life, P&C, and Claims business processes and IT-related capabilitiesFamiliarity with project management methodologies in both Agile and Waterfall contextsExperience in shaping software life cycles and delivery models based on nearshore and offshore operationsUnderstanding of industry standards and best practices related to project managementAbility to analyze data and metrics to inform strategic decisionsOther Relevant Skills:Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a mentorship-oriented approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExpertise in strategic thinking and planningProactive problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesAbility to adapt to shifting priorities and changing project demandsThis announcement is addressed to candidates of both sexes pursuant to the law (L.903 / 77 and Legislative Decree No.
