Client Development Internship

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Client Development Intern to join our Omnichannel team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.


Main Activities: Support on the development, monitoring and execution of the campaign, 1to1 activations, strategies and action plan to achieve business goals. Support on the client journey development processes (liaise with other departments, track all materials/tools). Support on the localized newsletter and MMS campaign process. Use of CRM software (updating information, uploading and retrieving data). Interaction and coordination with regions and IT teams as an interface for information sharing. Support the team in developing Power Point presentations. Support the team in collection of feedback from regions and consolidation of the final output. Support the team on activities of analysis, monitoring and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor or Master's degree in economics or similar. Professional use of Italian & English. Precision, proactivity, time management, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of Office Suite (in particular Excel & Power Point) and CRM System and Project Management and Business Intelligence tools.
