Client Advisor Full time - Roma We are looking for a Client Advisor Full time position to join our Store in Roma.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

Increase sales by providing excellent customer service; Develop relationships with customers; Deepen the knowledge of KPI's and store management tools; Ensure that business targets are met; Relay instructions and control the execution of tasks; Maintain the image of the store, the back office, and the stockroom; Assist with stock control (inventory, security, product levels). We are looking for a person who is versatile, available, rigorous, and able to listen to advice and develop customer loyalty. Detail-oriented with well-developed organisational skills is essential. Your energy, professionalism, and taste for challenge are key assets to succeed in this position.

Fluent in English is required, and an additional language will be a plus.
