Position Available
We are looking for someone who is ready to make a difference in an intercultural environment made of love and passion, talents, and out-of-the-box thinkers. Marni is looking for a Client Advisor to join its team in the Boutique in Florence.

ResponsibilitiesGreeting customers;Be involved in stock control and management;Assisting customers to find what they are looking for;Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;Processing cash and card payments;Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor;Dealing with customer refunds;Handling customer complaints;Working within established guidelines, particularly with brand;Attaching tags to merchandise on the floor;Receiving and storing the delivery of stock;Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays. Job RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the Luxury/Fashion industry is a plus;Selling experience in RTW and accessories;Having a friendly and engaging personality;Comfortable working with members of the public;Confident manner and result-oriented;Helpful and polite with a positive attitude and reliable behaviour;Able to work as part of a boutique team;Knowledge of inventory techniques;Fluent in English;Knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
