The Air Duct Cleaning Technician position is an integral part of DUCTZ and is key to the growth of the company. All Air Duct Cleaning Technicians must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the DUCTZ owner. The Air Duct Cleaning Technician position is a hands-on technical position geared for an individual who has a technical mindset. Ideal candidates will have HVAC knowledge and demonstrate the ability to learn new technical methods and techniques.
Responsibilities: Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coilsInstall dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct workApply anti-microbial coatingsManage customer relations and assure quality customer servicePresents knowledge and trustworthiness to the customerInspect own work at customer locations and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards, and meets or exceeds customer expectationsWork well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high levelProperly use and maintain the DUCTZ service vehicleProperly use and maintain all provided supplies and equipmentAbide by all rules, regulations, and policies contained in the DUCTZ Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Employment Agreement, including active participation in identifying, reporting, and correcting situations affecting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year experience in a technical hands-on field (experience in the HVAC, restoration, construction, other skilled trades is ideal)Good relationship-building skills with a diverse population including all customers' partners, technicians, and all other company employeesGood verbal and communication skillsAbility to handle multiple functions at the same timeGood organizational skillsAble to work with minimal supervisionCapable of working effectively as part of a teamAble to work in high areas or confined spacesAbility to drive in compliance with company vehicle policyMust be both bondable and insurable under company insuranceMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsCompetitive compensation packageBeing a part of a passionate teamCommunity involvement Certification training Access to state of the art training facilityChoose a Rewarding Career with DUCTZDUCTZ is a trusted HVAC cleaning company serving customers across the nation.
