Currently, we seek to bring onboard to our team part-time Undergraduate Peer Career Coaches, who will provide career and professional development support to their fellow students.Students will be trained to work individually and in small group settings with students to provide individual résumé and other professional correspondence reviews; help students to understand why networking and mentorship matter; attend virtual and in-person student career and professional development events, and often help to plan and organize them; promote CLAS professional development services; and complete other related tasks as assigned.RequirementsUndergraduate student standing.Must be genuinely interested in providing student career and professional development support to peers.Must be dedicated, dependable, reliable, willing to learn, flexible and adaptable, and attentive to detail.Must be able to work equally well collaboratively and independently.Must be available to participate in ongoing training sessions.Must be able to devote five hours each week to the position.Additional InformationPhysical Demands Summary:Wage Rate: $10.00 per hourPosting Detail InformationClosing Date (11:59pm ET): 04/01/2024Open Until Filled: YesPosting Specific QuestionsRequired fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
