Claims Manager

We have been retained by an insurer to lead the search for a Claims Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of warranty and indemnity insurance ("W&I") claims across the EMEA. You will be a qualified attorney with experience in managing W&I claims or have a M&A/corporate litigation background within private practice.
Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of warranty and indemnity insurance claims.
Provide legal expertise and guidance in W&I claims.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Qualified attorney.
Experience in managing W&I claims or M&A/corporate litigation.
