We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented PMO specialist with many years of experience in coordinating complex projects. The candidate will be involved in the digital innovation plan of the Allianz Italia claims department and will be able to participate and have leadership in international projects in which Allianz Italia plays a fundamental role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure smooth execution and delivery of project milestonesEstablish and maintain project management standards, processes, and templatesFacilitate communication and collaboration between technical and business teams belonging to the different OEs of the Allianz groupEnsure compliance with organizational policies and proceduresIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path activitiesPrepare and deliver presentations for top management and stakeholders to communicate governance initiatives, progress, and outcomesTrack and manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessaryFacilitate risk and issue review meetings with project stakeholdersFoster effective communication across international teams and stakeholdersOrganize and facilitate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutesEnsure alignment and integration with global initiative.KEY REQUIREMENTS Master's degree in Business Administration/Management engineering or equivalent backgroundProven experience of at least 3-5 years in similar consultancy roles in international contextsStrong project management skills, including an ability to move projects forward in a complex environment with a focus on delivery and an ability to coordinate and liaise with multiple stakeholders in an international and complex structureIn-depth knowledge of the Agile project management methodologyBackground in insurance and good understanding of the specific priorities of the Claims businessAbility to work under pressure and sharply meet deadlines, self-organizing workExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environmentFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).56490 | Customer Services & Claims | Professional | Allianz Italy | Full-Time | Permanent
