The Claims and Legal Intern will report to the Legal Counsel of the gateway and will act as the primary go-to support for each function in respect of all incidents, which could lead to a monetary or compensational settlement.Job responsibilitiesFile and report claim data using the proper toolsHandle insurance claims for damages sustained in/by terminals liaising also with external advisorsActively work with stakeholders to recourse against liable sub-contractors, vendors and carriers.Provide accounting monthly accrual reports related to claims and ensure data quality of specific mattersProvide assistance for legal and corporate mattersAnalyse contracts and review general terms and conditionsResponsible for updating financial corporate informationTo be successful in this role you should have:Quality and detailed orientation,team playing,learning agility,hands-on, drive to be 'best in class' approach,high ethical standards, easy to communicate,accuracy,service minded,resilience and ability to work with pressure,proficiency in Italian and English language, spoken and written.The role has to be played in Vado Ligure, Italy, in a hybrid working setting that can allow you to balance your work and personal life. #J-18808-Ljbffr
