Claims Analyst - Performance Monitoring

Design and implement a management controlling system to monitor and track ordinary business and strategic project initiatives.Monitor the results of initiatives and assess their impact on financial statements.Collaborate with other Units within the Claims Department and global operating entities to deploy the initiatives of the Plan.Update and revise priorities listed in the Plan based on observed results of initiatives.Suggest additional initiatives to ensure the achievement of targets identified in the Plan.Coordinate reporting preparation and updates at the Allianz Group level.Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:Master's degree in Economics, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, or a related field.Experience in a consultancy environment (e.g.
