Claims Analyst

The candidate would be required to develop a complete management of data for the claims department providing support to the Head of Claims, across the full spectrum of Claims processes, and elaborating reporting for the Global Headquarters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and implementation of a management controlling system.Track ordinary business and strategic project initiatives, monitoring results of the initiatives, clearly understanding the impact on financial statements.Provide guidance and support in deploying the initiatives of the Plan in collaboration with other units within the Claims Department and operating entities globally.Provide support in updating/revising the priorities listed in the Plan, according to the observed results of the initiatives.Suggest additional initiatives to guarantee the achievements of targets identified in the Plan.Coordinate Reporting preparation and updates to Allianz Group level.KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEMaster's degree in Economics/Business, STEM.At least 5 years of experience in a consultancy environment (previous experience in Planning Controlling, MA, or equivalent will be considered a plus).Pro-activity in cooperation with other business functions and Group Headquarters.Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and SAS.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
