Civil & Structural Lead

Saipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore. Within the Business Line Energy Carriers, the Civil department is looking for a Civil & Structural Lead to ensure the execution of the engineering activities within own area of responsibility, to work following the Technical Manager guidelines, to cooperate with the other Project positions and ensure compliance with the QA/QC and HSE requirements.
Main Tasks: Development of Technology know-how and Commercial supportBidding phase/Commercial proposalProject ExecutionSkills: Knowledge of Civil Engineering standard codes and regulationsAbility to collaborate within an international team; flexible approach to different audiences; tenacity to ensure successful outcomes; curiosity and learning orientationQUALIFICATION: Degree in Civil Engineering (appreciation for any structural specialization)
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Good knowledge of English language (at least level B2)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of experience in the same role in Engineering Companies working for Energy or O&G sector
IT SKILLS: Good Knowledge of Office package software (Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point)
SOFT SKILLS: Decision MakingProblem solvingGood stress managementNICE TO HAVE: Well appreciated are experiences with BIM 3D Modelling activities coordination
LOCATION: Milan (MI)
Availability to travel abroad in office or at site Contract type: permanent, salary package commensurate with the level of experience
