Civil Engineer- Naval Living Quarter Specialist

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:
Architectural and technical specification preparation;Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);Detailed design from Subcontractor review and follow-up;Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer;Attendance to 3D reviews;Basic knowledge for building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety);SOLAS rules;Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV);3D review tool Navisworks.QUALIFICATION: Naval Architect – LQ specialist KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 10 years + IT SKILLS: Office Suite
